We're looking for a talented engineer to help develop and evolve Sylliptor, our open-source AI coding agent that makes powerful agents easy to use for everyone — and not locked to a single provider. You'll work hands-on across its development, shaping the product end to end alongside a team that builds with AI at its core.

What you'll do

  • Help develop and evolve features end to end across Sylliptor, from core architecture to what people use every day.
  • Build on what makes Sylliptor reliable — Forge Mode: plan, run parallel workers on isolated git worktrees, then adjudicate and verify before merge.
  • Ship real, impactful work from day one.
  • Help shape the direction of the product, not just the tickets.

What we look for

  • You care about shipping real, working software — not just prototypes.
  • You like owning problems end to end and moving fast.
  • You build with AI as a daily tool and want to push how far it goes — making powerful agents easier and more reliable to use.
